The Hero’s Journey – Awaken your inner power June 16th-22nd – Mazury Lipowy Dom

“Power rests on the kind of knowledge one holds.”

Don Juan

“…for the human kingdom, beneath the floor of the comparatively neat little dwelling that we call our consciousness, goes down into unsuspected Aladdin caves. There not only jewels but also dangerous jinn abide: the inconvenient or resisted psychological powers that we have not thought or dared to integrate into our lives. And they may remain unsuspected, or, on the other hand, some chance word, the smell of a landscape, the taste of a cup of tea, or the glance of an eye may touch a magic spring, and then dangerous messengers begin to appear in the brain. These are dangerous because they threaten the fabric of the security into which we have built ourselves and our family- But they are fiendishly fascinating too, for they carry keys that open the whole realm of the desired and feared adventure of the discovery of the self. Destruction of the world that we have built and in which we live, and of ourselves within it; but then a wonderful reconstruction, of the bolder, cleaner, more spacious, and fully human life—that is the lure, the promise and terror, of these disturbing night visitants from the mythological realm that we carry within.”
Joseph Campbell “The hero with a thousand faces”

The journey is the key issue here, however our voyage leads deep within, to lands that hold the source of our power. This journey is inevitable in order to find the depth and wealth we all carry in us. Ancient shamanic and magic cultures left us a legacy of wisdom and methods – keys to our vault and this sacred space. We usually live our lives in “collective unconsciousness” as Jung described, a field of the human psyche lacking presence and awareness, condemned to mechanical reactions and wandering through the desert of human conditioning, repeating the same limited scripts all the while expecting different results, finding ourselves hitting a wall of disappointment over and over again. At one point in our journey, the limitations of methods that only deal with the effects, never reaching the real source and root of the problem, become quite obvious. This is a key point because it is then we start to realize, that what’s most important about knowledge is its quality and the genuine effectiveness of actions that follows. The Kingdom of Archetypes – psychological patterns and mythical roles and personalities we embody to consistently keep discovering our unlimited potential, which also enable us to face the unconscious shadow – in other words, things that have been excluded, things that are in denial that keep operating from hiding. Our inner mythology is very personal and intimate and deepening its particular “cosmology” is the quality of true knowledge – the awareness of how we function. In the words of the Oracle of Delphi “Know thyself”.

This is the essence of shamanic teachings. This journey deals with three different dimensions. The higher dimension is our inner sacrum, a place of vision and inspiration – the sacred space of our soul. The 2nd dimension is the “reality level”, our here and now, our physical and psychological manifestation in the life process and social interactions. The 3rd dimension is our “valleys” and “underground” – the land of shadow where our authenticity and power is released from. The Journey is our voyage to all three worlds, that can be symbolized as the Soul – its Energy – Body Manifestation. The Body is also work with the elements, the primal forms of manifestation: space, air, fire, earth, water. The elements are also a source of quality knowledge, as our relationship with nature is a very important aspect of our lives. Whether we realize it or not, we are a part of nature, we are liable to the same laws and undergo the same processes. If we are separated from nature, we’re separated froth the life flow. When we consciously connect with nature, we start to live life to the fullest, we gain access to the ancient knowledge of where we come from and where we’re heading, how multidimensional our existence really is, that we are a part of the universe. Nature teaches us to find balance, to live in harmony with the natural rhythms, cycles, to accept life in all its forms, to be content in our truest essence.

I invite you to take this Journey together.

The workshop is led by: Agnieszka Sypek-Piniak, psychotherapist, dance
and movement therapist, self-development and spiritual-development
coach, singer, dancer, performer, traveller.

She’s been conducting workshops and individual sessions in her course
Mystery of the Body and Spirit since 1997, in Poland and abroad. In
her work, she combines many different methods of working with the mind
and body, using various forms of creative expression, meditation,
shamanism and other tools and transformational techniques to unleash
the human potential.

She studies mankind’s sacred traditions, focusing primarily on the
indigenous shamanic traditions of the Americas and Siberia. She spent
many years understudying great healers and shamans, mainly in North,
Central and South America. Her mission is to inspire people to live in
harmony with themselves and the surrounding world, to respect all
living things and nature. She helps people discover their full
potential as multidimensional beings. She’s also a co-creator of many
spreading awareness projects.

“Based my work, exploration and experience over the past 27 years, as
well as my work with others, I’ve developed my own method which I call
the Mystery of the Body and Spirit. I share my knowledge in order to
help people unleash their true potential, I encourage them to live in
harmony, enjoy life in every aspect, to derive nature’s power and live
life to the fullest. My work is based mainly on intuition and
following the process.

I am inspired by classical trends as well as the shamanic way of
perceiving a human. I highly value   the wisdom of indigenous
cultures, mostly the ethnic tribes of South America. Over twenty years
of practicing meditation, mostly in Buddhist tradition, especially
Dzogchen, has greatly influenced the way I work today.
